I don’t know what to write!

Last week all of the year 8’s participated in the 8 Alive program.

On the first day did a getting to know each other activity. I found that very boring because I have done them many times before. We also decorated our journals, which we use for doing different things of work.

The rest of the week was spent doing things about our health and self-esteem.

On thursday we went to the Victoria market. It was a lot of fun and it was the best day so far. I also bought myself a nice yellow top for $10!

Anyways got to go.

Hey Everybody

 This is my second entry so im still relatavely new with learnerblogs so excuse my bad site. I’m really excited because next week is 8 ALIVE and it has lots of fun-sounding activites such as sleeping at the school and going to the VIC markets for a day! Basically the best part is not having to do schoolwork or get homework!! The only problem is deciding what to wear everyday!! But i can’t wait for it.

For text response this term we have started to watch a movie called Fly Away Home.

When Amy first moved to live with her father she didn’t get along with him and tried to ignore him as much as possible. Over the time she has grown to like him.  So now she is okay with him and has a pretty good relationship with him because she realizes that he’s doing what he can for her. I’m enjoying to flim so far because it has a meaningful storyline with some parts funny and others more serious. I’m looking forward to watching the rest of the film.
